Delivery costs are based on weight and start at just $US 3.05 for the first 1kg, and $US 2.05 for each additional 1kg, depending on your location. We deliver via our international network of couriers, and all shipments include tracking.

We do not offer scheduled delivery, however the driver will call you before delivery, and if the time is not suitable, you can request that they return at a time convenient for you. We will email you a shipping notification 1-2 days before delivery.

In this case we will update you separately by email with details of each delivery. If your order contains a mix of decor, furniture or rug items, these will be delivered separately, as they ship from different warehouses with different delivery lead times. Delivery of all other rug sizes take 4-6 weeks from your date of order. Delivery of 160 x 230cm size rugs takes 3-4 weeks from your date of order. If delivery items do not fit in your lift, there is an additional charge of HKD 150-250 per floor (market rate paid directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery).ĭelivery is FREE on most rugs*. *Furniture & Bulky Items Requiring Walk-up Delivery to some areas may require additional charges in which case we will contact you before processing your order. An additional charge of HKD 1,000 applies for delivery of bulky items to other areas of Lantau, and other outlying Island areas. *Furniture & Bulky Items to Outlying AreasĪn additional charge of HKD 300 applies for delivery of bulky items to the following areas: Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Park Island, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun. Simple assembly is required for some items. Additional charges apply for walk up only access, and delivery to outlying areas. Removal of any packing materials are not included. If you require guaranteed door delivery, the driver may require an additional cash payment up to $HK 300, depending ease of access. We offer free lobby or kerbside delivery on furniture items*.
